The Turkish text of
the Kül Tegin's inscription, that was prepared according to the wish of Bilge, was
written by Kül Tegin's "tutor" (atabey), Prince Yollig Tegin and was scratched
on the stone in 20 days. Together with this inscription which is very important because of
the Gok-Turks' history, culture, Turkish language and literature, Kül Tegin's mausoleum
and its embroidered pictures were completed and the big funeral was realized in 1 November
731 (the year of "Sheep", 9th month, 27). Besides the Gok-Turks people and
nobles, the other states and klans, like China, K'I-tans, Tatabi, Tibet, Iran, Sogd,
Buhara, Turgiş, Kirghiz also joined to the funeral with special committees.
