The country located on both sides of the lower
watercourse of Ceyhun (River Oxus) River that is in the east of the Caspian Sea has been
called as Harezm. The capital city of this country is Gurgenç (or Gurganc-Urgenç). The
title granted to the persons who established dominion or administered the aforesaid region
was "Harezmshah". According to the historians, the history of Harezmshah state
