It is a
must that new corporation should be set under a new political and legal understanding in
order to secure peace in both Europe and World. In case that countries continue their
imperialist traditions and approach, it is not possible to set peace and security. Peace
and security can only be realized in a world where all the societies get their rights,
where powerful do not suppress the weaks and where equality and justice are for all.
Democratic organization aiming to secure human rights and freedom is the only guaranty for
peace. Today, North Caucasia is the prominent European region where peace and
security are under threat. Unjust and barbarous invasion and massacre held by Russian
Federation has bene continued in Chechen country. Abhkazia and South Ossetia are the other
important conflict areas. Russian Federetion positioned
important amount of military forces in North Caucasia even more than permitted by AKKA
agreement. This military forces give harm and damage to the neutral groups in the region
and it is itself a source of threat for these groups who are not conflict side. European
countries are obliged to spend effort in order to solve problems in North Caucasia in
compliance with justice and peace. In order to fulfill this obligatian, we should remember
and take into consideration the historical and social roots causing today’s problems. It
is useful especially to remind Russian Federation these realities: Russian Federation has
the largest geographical area in the world. This area includes potentially the richest
economical natural sources at the same time.
Chechenia is a small country having a land of
1/1000 of the Russian Federation. Tha whole North Caucasia is 1/200 of the Russian
Feredation. Economical potential of Chechenia and North Caucasia is so low when compared
to that of Russian Federation. Apart from justice and legality, Russian Federation had not
much logical and mathematical advantages in North Caucasia. Alongside with this, de facto
situation in North Caucasia gives an important burden in Russian Federation economy. This
situation gives damage to all Russian people. The position of Russia Federation in
Chechenia shows that this country continues its “traditionally imperialist policies.”
